FREE leadership resources!
The too good to be true scenario we commonly feel when something is free can derail us from engaging with it. For years I have offered free services to consumers as well as participants in our networking organization. It’s truly fascinating to witness how few take advantage of these offers. The idea of having “skin in the game” is a philosophy we all seem to experience. Even if it’s a very small financial commitment, it seems to have some accountability attached to it.
Here you go
One of the many helpful tools I have collected during my years of coaching, counseling and teaching is worksheets. I have received them from instructors, and other clinicians and I have also created my own. There is something really special about putting pen to paper instead of fingers to keyboards. I recall many years ago the importance of learning Accelerated Learning principals. NOW go back and click on that and watch an amazing YouTube from Jim Kwik to inspire yourself!
I soon recognized the most effective way to learn and therefore grow is to take action. Writing is a simple and highly effective tool. Whether journaling thoughts and feelings and reflecting at a later date or immediately implementing them into a structured process, the neurologic process are clearly evident.
Use this freebie everyday!
Check out this great worksheet about Setting and Reviewing your day. This worksheet can be incredibly powerful in the morning and at the end of your day. How do you use this? The morning or beginning of your day you have 3 questions to select from, ONLY select one question and think about it DEEPLY as you decide to answer it. Possibly write this down. Tomorrow you may select the same question….or not, however the answer WILL be different!
Then, reflect back on your day. From the 4 questions, ONLY select one question and think about it DEEPLY as you decide to answer it. Again, possibly write it down. Tomorrow you may select the same question….or not however the answer WILL be different!
Thank you to Arthur Brooks for this timeless resource!

Thank you to Zach Prosser, ICF, MCC Coach for this wonderful tool. Each of these areas represent common areas in our life. Each also require time and attention to assure there is balance in our lives. Entrepreneurs are notoriously challenged with the concept of balance. This is another tool you can use.
Another freebie about change!
Truly all of our actions are about change. We want to feel different, grow, evolve, better ourselves, our relationships, etc. However, we know that change isn’t easy or we would do it everyday quickly and without discomfort!
Therapistaid.com is an outstanding website devoted to those in the helping profession. There may be protections on some of their forms, however if you are using them to support your care for another person whether that is a client, patient, or self, they can certainly be highly beneficial. This is a wonderful worksheet highlighting change and the stages of change. In order to change, we need to understand change and the obstacles that can create change resistance.
